Many of the real estate firms in Dallas, especially those with national franchise affiliations as well as the large local firms, work on business models that require huge volumes of listings.

They reason that enough of them will sell so they can make a respectible profit.

Theirs is not a focused passion to do their very best to get each one sold, and sold at the best price the market will allow.

Instead, by design it is a "some will, some won't" sell mentality. 

Put another way, it's "Throw them all against the wall, and hope enough of them will stick to keep us in business."

That doesn't work for us....

Our firm has a different approach.  We have work solely by referral and by invitation. It's truly an exclusive representation, a service not granted to all.

When I developed this business model many years ago, it seemed to me that we'd be described best as a  "Real Estate Boutique Firm."

• First and foremost, we make certain that we are retained only by a few sellers and a few potential buyers at one time.  That's most important for you.  How many is that?  Currently it's six...that's right, just six clients at a time.

• Then we analyze and develop a comprehensive plan for each of them, specially tailored and individualized for you and our five other active clients. 

• Third, we totally focus our attention on bringing our efforts for each of you to an early, successful conclusion.  

• Usually from beginning to end you can expect your home listed with us to sell within forty-five days.

That's what we'll do for you....

And we stay in close touch with you all along the way.  In fact, you'll be pleasantly surprised. You'll hear from us all of the time.
