• We do a thorough market analysis to determine the true value of your property, and we review the report with you.  We then find and agree on three potential price values:  The Listing Price, The Price You Want Us to Achieve, The Lowest Price You Will Consider

• Frequently, we will recommend retaining a professional stager to review the room settings to see if he or she can recommend adjustments that will improve the marketability.

• We have a professional landscape designer review the overall appearance of the beds and recommend adjustments

• We then develop a marketing and advertising plan which we initiate.  Our marketing is primarily done through networking our friends, previous clients, their friends and relatives, and selectively bringing your listing before other seasoned agents with whom we prefer to cooperate.

• We personally handle all of the sale and closing details for you and coordinate them with the involvement of your attorney, accountant, financial advisor and bank, when necessary.

• Finally, we have two private lending sources available to make residential and commercial real estate investment loans up to and including $100 Million.  We personally and confidentially handle all of the details and presentation.
